As we step into our late thirties, our skin’s needs start to shift. Fine lines, subtle changes in texture, and the need for deeper hydration become more apparent. I personally loved And Begin and have started to recommend to others. The consultation was so easy and didn’t take long to do at all. When the serum arrived, I realised how lightweight it feels for something you use at nighht, and I have noticed a visible improvement in my skin. It feels much more plump and I’ve had a few comments on how good my skin is looking (my mum mentioned this!). Highly recommend!

The formula feels substantial too, although at first I felt nervous following the ‘4 pump’ instruction as I’d never used Tret before (the ingredient Tretinoin, a form of Vitamin A, great for acne and breakout prone skin)

Week 1 Thoughts
As a new user of And Begin Serum in Cream, just one week in I can report on the ease of onboarding and receiving the first product, and the best bit is no tingling or sensitivity after the first week of use. I have had this with a similar brand which is of a prescription nature, so I expected this from the offset. The fact I seem to have skipped this is amazing.
I feel like it’s address what us late 30s and early 40s need: a boost in hydration, smoothness, and a bit of extra firmness. Its rich yet light texture, coupled with powerful ingredients, makes it versatile for various skin types. My pigmentation, breakouts and fine lines are the main concerns for me, so I will follow this up in the next 8 weeks.
