Can’t Get To a Brow Spa? Here’s Your At-Home Routine

Jul 7, 2024 | Beauty News, Reviews | 0 comments

When ‘Salon of the Year’ Brow HQ launched their At Home Brow Spa Routine, it led me to look into their actual brow clinic in Chester. I watched a couple of reels on their instagram and realised how Brow HQ in Chester is like an actual spa day – for your brows. It has now made it on my ‘must visit’ list.

I haven’t *yet* been (stay tuned!), therefore was keen to hear and experience more about how Brow HQ, Chester’s leading brow and skin clinic, has just launched their At Home Brow Spa Routine for Brows, Body and Soul. This is following three years of research and refinement, which has lead to the launch of three holistic and indulgent products: their Miracle Oil, Eye Massage Rollers and Eternal Eye Patches.

What is Brow HQ and Brow Spa?

Brow Spa was created by Brow HQ founder Leisa Roberts and her award-winning team, who recognised the need for an At Home treatment that integrated wellness, homecare and self-love. Leisa took the best of their in-salon touches, and after working with the best facialists, holistic therapists and British chemists, formulated the indulgent set.

You’ll find Brow HQ in Chester, a clinic style salon which – in my own words – is like a spa day for brows. But it also offers skin treatments too, and is a training academy. From the reels I’ve seen on IG, it looks like an incredibly indulgent and luxury location for brow and skin treatments, hence why I am prioritising a visit.

Brow Spa ‘At-Home’

I’ve been super lucky to try these products out, and I’ll be brutally honest, at first I thought, how often am I really going to indulge with these? I’ll give my brows a quick pluck once a week and I’ll complain about my dark circles, before piling on the eye cream at night and then concealer in the day. So I couldn’t see too much past that when it came to me giving my brows and eye area it’s own ‘spa’ treatment.

But yeah, I was the one eating my words, when I soon realised that this at-home brow therapy was something I needed to do. Not just to help my brow health, but to give myself a mini eye massage, relieve tension, nourish my skin and brow hairs, and ultimately, relax so to speak! Let’s breakdown each one:

Brow Spa The Miracle Oil

This is multi-purpose ‘miracle in a bottle’ – what I’d call the ‘hero product’ of the Brow Spa routine.  So it’s definitely a bit of a ‘wow’ product to look at, infused with 24k gold particles and trust me when I say it looks super special.

It’s a carefully curated blend of premium, ethically sourced ingredients, selected for their rejuvenating qualities and holistic advantages. The British made oil promotes growth, nourishment and conditioning to optimise brow health, plus it’s great for the skin too – boosting hydration, enhancing the skin barrier function and soothing inflammation. 24k gold safeguards against collagen and elastin degradation, to ease fine lines and wrinkles.

It goes onto my skin silky smooth and leaves a subtle sheen and dewy glow instantly. I’ve mainly been using at night before bed, or when I sit back and apply to my under eyes and brows (when I have down time). Its made up of a blend of essential oils, including rosemary and neroli, which offers stress relief, reduces tension and brings a sense of calm.

Brow Spa Eternal Patches

The Brow Spa Eternal Eye Patches are my new favourites to apply on top of the miracle oil – or any other favourite eye cream or serum. This is something I never made time to do before, but by trying this ‘routine’ for the first time (miracle oil on the face, under eyes and brows, sealing in with the eye patches and rolling over with the eye massagers) I realised what a luxury self-care routine this really is.

The patches are made from medical- grade silicone, and are fully sustainable, re-usable and can be used time after time. I just wash lightly with warm water and soap, and they are good to go to re-use.

Brow Spa Eye Massage Rollers

The combination of the oil and the patches work marvelously to fade and ease dark circles and puffiness. And really, it’s the cold-to-touch, gold luxury eye massage rollers that are the icing on the cake here. These are designed to help role away signs of fatigue and are versatile enough to be chilled, gently warmed or used at room temperature. I tend to do room temp or straight from the fridge, and they feel incredible above the eye, lifting my brows to help relieve tension.

This 3 step routine honestly feels like a huge self-care step-up, and it’s not even a difficult one to keep up. I can’t comment yet on brow improvements, but I can say they look super nourished and tamed when the miracle oil is smoothed onto them.

All in all I’m hoping I can keep up with this for a little ‘me’ time, enhancing product absorption, promoting circulation and encouraging lymphatic drainage. More than worth a try!
