I’m a regular at sharing how I adore the CC cream, and every time I share it again I get an abundance of replies either thanking or blaming me for their spending situation on this products. Either way, everyone seems to agree it’s A-MAZING.
What I will say before I share this review, is that you’re gonna love it 10000% more if you have dry skin. Those with oily skin are in the low percentage who have fed back to me that it has needed a lot of mattifying powder on top. So do bear that in mind…
IT Cosmetics CC Cream Plus SPF 50 Review
When it comes to finding a more lightweight coverage product, finding the right CC cream can be a game-changer, especially for those of us with dry skin. Enter IT Cosmetics CC Cream Plus, a product that has rapidly become a holy grail in the beauty community. Here’s why this CC cream stands out as the best ever for me, particularly for dry skin (even though 6 years ago when I started using it I was more combination skin).
Hydration + Glow
One of the primary concerns for anyone with dry skin is hydration, and IT Cosmetics CC Cream Plus delivers in spades here. Infused with hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen, and niacinamide, this CC cream not only covers imperfections but also provides intense hydration. My skin stays plump and moisturised throughout the day when I’m wearing this, without any of the dreaded flaky looks or cakey appearances. As soon as I buff it in with a brush, I see that glow!
Nourishing Ingredients
Beyond just hydration, IT Cosmetics has packed this product with skin-loving ingredients. Hyaluronic acid and hydrolised collagen work together to nourish and help give a plumped look. I honestly can’t really say how or why my skin transforms how it does when I use this, I just know I buff it in and I barely use much product on the brush, and instantly the coverage is incredible. Glowy and plumped, with a smooth appearance. The blendability is amazing too, it just glides on and buffs in beautifully.
Impressive Coverage
For a CC cream, IT Cosmetics CC Cream Plus offers remarkable coverage. 2 pumps is all I need for a full coverage look, and thats someone with imperfections, pigmentation and spot marks to cover. Honestly the amount of days I’ve done 1 pump for entire face and had makeup compliments. It’s perfect for those days when you need a little extra help to hide redness, dark spots, or uneven skin tone with just one big pump too! Despite its high coverage, it feels incredibly lightweight on the skin. It strikes the perfect balance between providing a natural look and effectively concealing imperfections, and it’s the excellent coverage that first led me to re-buy.

SPF 50 Protection
Sun protection is non-negotiable, especially for me and my already sun damaged skin. IT Cosmetics has you covered with an impressive SPF 50., yet doesn’t feel thick or chalky in any way.
I would say though, with coming from a skincare background, to use a separate SPF before applying this. I’m a huge believer in a standalone SPF instead of relying in those loaded into moisturisers and makeup.

It blends seamlessly into the skin, leaving a natural, dewy finish. This ease of application makes it perfect for quick morning routines or on-the-go touch-ups. I cannot say a negative here. I mean, I suppose at around £30 for a tube and using it everyday means it’s not ‘cheap’, but for how little you need to use, it makes it more worth it than when I get spendy on my Armani Beauty and NARS foundations.
