In the realm of skincare, we are overwhelmed with all the brands promising ageless beauty and flawless skin. Among these, Sunday Riley has also been sat very high, captivating the hearts of beauty enthusiasts worldwide.
I was first introduced to this brand around 9 years ago, when I was working as a beauty editor for an American beauty retailer. It was the UFO product that I got obsessed with – honestly it’s an acne fighting serum with 1.5% salicylic acid that transformed my breakout prone skin at the time. It was on the pricey side, so I didn’t keep up with it long term and I’m not claiming it got rid of my acne (I battled acne for a long time, but did eventually become acne free and lots of things along the way helped it, which I’ll be sharing throughout Parlor). But I definitely was fascinated with Sunday Riley from the point of discovering their cult UFO onwards.
Since UFO, I have tried the brands Good Genes product, which I can say from getting through a bottle a year or two ago, it’s up there with one of the best glycolic acid products (in my opinion).

It’s a great selection of cult favourites from Sunday Riley, as their 7 Piece Go To Bed With Me Kit from QVC offers a comprehensive regimen that addresses a range of concerns, from dullness to aging. Each product is thoughtfully formulated with potent ingredients backed by science, and the many online reviews for each product is pretty impressive!
So which products would I rate the most from the kit? Which ones will I be buying in bigger sizes, after trialing them so far from this set?
Well, as I have pigmented, dull, combination skin that is starting to age (37 years old), I was blown away by these three amazing ones: Good Genes, A+ High Dose Retinoid and Luna Night Oil. I have been switching up between both the Good Genes and A+ as my serum step in my skincare regime, before finishing with Luna Night Oil. For my pigmented, dull, early stages of aging skin, these really wow-ed me.
The product I would not so much rush to buy again again would be the 5 stars eye serum. It absorbed lovely, and felt very silky, but I can’t say it stood out too much from other eye serums I have liked.
